Service was great, drinks on point, and most importantly food was delicious! Definitely will be returning! Not pictured we had calamari to start, and apple crisp for dessert.

Love the new Augies Prime Italian spin! I’ve always loved the restaurant, so this new addition is even better. They still have all the popular steaks and my favorite shrimp cocktail. As an Italian food lover, the home made pasta additions makes the place even better. It’s still the same great staff and fun ambiance. Make sure not to forget to order the zeppoles for desert!!!

I really wanted to like this place. Went for a hamburger dinner, 2 couples. I was debating between a 3 and 4 star rating. Because everything was perfect, including great friendly service BUT: all 4 hamburgers were barely look warm. We told them and they took them back, were friendly about it, but when they returned them, they were barely just a little bit warmer, but not hot. How difficult is that?, in a Steak House? I generously give them 4 stars because I want to go back, give them another chance for a hot burger.

I’ve been here multiple times and I guess this place leaves me speechless because I keep forgetting to write a positive review. Here is my well-deserved review. I’ve become very well acquainted with Val and Dave. They’ve taken care of me and I have to say that they’re a great addition to the restaurant. Their attentiveness and grind is something that will keep you both coming back and entertained! Talk about a pep-in-your-step! From grabbing you a drink, to managing the bar and serving you a perfected order… I mean, c’mon, they take care of everything. Go to Augie’s, ask for Val or Dave and you’ll see what I mean.

If you are looking for a great meal in a beautiful setting and want to splurge - definitely recommend Augie's Prime Italian in Mohegan Lake. The original steakhouse has been re-branded to celebrate their 15th anniversary and it did not disappoint. From the beginning (Buffalo Mozzarella with Heirloom Tomatoes) to the end (Zeppoles), we were impressed! Homemade pasta, fresh vegetables, jumbo shrimp and an extensive, creative cocktail menu. Excellent!

I made reservations for my husband’s birthday on December 1st, and was so happy that I did! The entire menu was 50% off! We started with the fried calamari and they were so tender and tasted very fresh. For the entree’s he got the 42oz Porterhouse (sides not included as per usual) with a baked potato and asparagus, and I ordered the twin lobster tails, one for each of us. Tip was included into the whole price, and the service was excellent. Got this 5 star meal with awesome service for a fraction of the cost. This was a true blessing in this pandemic and made something normal (fine dining) feasible for me again during these hard times and the smile on my husbands face made it all worthwhile

Came for dinner and had to wait over an hour for a simple dinner, when It finally came the spaghetti wasn’t even cooked, the sauce side was cold. It is unfortunate as I’ve been here numerous times and just recently this steakhouse was turned into an Italian restaurant with the same name. Probably different chefs, owners who knows. Not coming back for sure!
